APRIL SPECIALS
Published by jennifer on Tagged NewsSpring has arrived. Time to look at our present and our future selves with wild abandon about the infinite possibilities of what wonderful things might come our way if we are open to them.
Challenge ourselves to be fulfilled in the place where we are at this exact moment. Happy to be alive. Cherishing the people we love. Looking into everyone’s eyes to see an exuberant satisfaction strictly because we are all entitled.
As a natural health advocate and practitioner, I can’t help but share the valuable philosophies of energy and grounding. How being present in your body can create a deep resevoir of healing and calm.
How taking care of your mind is taking care of your body is taking care of your soul is taking care of your family.
As April showers us with rain, let it act as a metaphor. You, the earth, soaking up and being nourished by what nature naturally provides. Water. Energy. Growth. Our connection to the earth is not a distant relationship, but rather a finely tuned symbiosis of calm, healthy, vividly clear ability to be powerful in the lives we lead.
Treat your body, your mind, your earth as a temple. It means going for a late afternoon walk,
if it means concentrating on the positive, if it means getting a massage, do it because it contributes to your greater good.
