Policy
1.) 24-Hour cancellation notification. Please allow us the courtesy of twenty four hours notice if you should have to cancel or reschedule your massage. We completely understand if things come up, and we love to be flexible. We just ask that we have enough time to make appropriate schedule arrangements. Cancelling an existing appointment the day of your scheduled massage will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
2.) No Show. Sometimes we all forget about appointments. It’s ok, we don’t get mad. But we are still here and set up waiting for you. Without a phone call we are left wondering where you are and if you are coming. Clients that miss an appointment all together will be billed the full amount of the session. If you are a forgetful Jones, let us know and we will make sure to call and remind you! We want you here.
3.) Being Late. No one can deny that rushing around is a part of life. I commend you for making the time to schedule a massage to combat stress and be triumphant in your quest for embetterment. But please know that I am here with a busy day too. If you show up late, then your appointment will conclude at the predetermined time, and you will be responsible for payment of the full session. 4.) We love gift certificates. We hope that every single gift certificate you have given as a thoughtful gift will be redeemed and loved by the lucky recipient. Each regular gift certificate is marked valid for a full year from the date of sale. We are holding firm to this expiration date, and past due certificates will not be honored. No questions asked. Maybe it takes 364 reminders for somebody to get the hint. Promotional or sale gift certificates will vary on their expiration date, so please look carefully to avoid any confusion.
5.) Gift certificates and package deals are non-refundable, but are transferable. If it’s not your dish, then pass it along. We’d love to see somebody use it.
